Russian club banned from transfers due to debt to Mariupol.

FIFA has already intervened in football affairs, banning the Russian club 'Lokomotiv' from registering new players for a long term due to the non-payment of the transfer fee for Mark Mampassi from the Ukrainian club 'Shakhtar'. Since 'Mariupol' has not received the promised 50 thousand euros for the player, the situation has escalated, and FIFA decided to intervene.
'Mariupol was, is, and will be a great Ukrainian city. And I believe that the Time will come when FC 'Mariupol' will again appear on the football map of Ukraine!'
During the court proceedings, 'Lokomotiv' tried to evade responsibility, claiming that 'Mariupol' does not exist as a club because of its location in Russia. However, FIFA decided to impose a severe punishment on the Russian club, banning it from registering new players for a long term.
