Two grain processing enterprises will be built in Ukraine for flour and cereals.

Ukraine is preparing to expand its flour and cereal production. In the western part of the country, a plant is planned to be opened that will produce flour from hard wheat, while the Poltava region will focus on the production of cereals.
'Currently, an enterprise for the production of flour from hard wheat is being built in western Ukraine with a capacity of up to 150 tons per day, with further processing into pasta, and a cereal factory with a combined capacity of up to 100 tons per day is expected to be launched in the Poltava region,' said Rodion Rybchynskyi, director of the 'Flour Millers of Ukraine' association.
Moreover, the production of combined products such as dry breakfasts, starch, energy bars, etc. is planned. Rybchynskyi emphasized the importance of investments in production, studying market trends, and developing marketing strategies.
Growth of export and competitiveness
A promising step may be the opening of flour milling enterprises on the shores of the Black Sea, which will increase export potential and strengthen the positions of Ukrainian companies in global markets.
Ukraine is actively developing the production of flour and cereals with the aim of increasing export capacity and competitiveness in the international food market. Plans for production expansion and the development of new products may become a key stage in achieving these goals.
