Clients of Oschadbank must regularly update their personal data to maintain access to services. The financial institution will send a request for data update in 2025, the bank states.
According to the rules of the National Bank of Ukraine, the frequency of updating information depends on the risk of business relations: clients with high risk need to update data once a year, medium risk every three years, and with no suspicions (once every five years).
Procedure for Updating Information for Clients
Citizens can update their data at the bank branch or through 'Oschad24'. They need to open the update notification, review their information, confirm or make changes. Also, in case of fraud, clients should contact the cyberpolice.
