When the sky turns into a canvas and the light of the stars becomes a brush in the hands of the photographer, even the darkest times can give birth to something beautiful. Kyiv amateur astrophotographer Ildar Ibatullin created a photograph of the Moon during an air alarm, which became popular online. His image captivated millions of people around the world. The photo of the Moon that spread across the internet impresses with its depth and colors. Such an image of the Moon is very rare. While creating this photograph, Ildar used an old camera and a telescope. He is used to taking pictures during air alarms, so this was ordinary for him. For Ildar, the Moon is a special form of meditation. Each of his photographs is peace in a cosmic frame. The image of the Moon in the photo reveals its colors and light that are usually not visible to the human eye. Thanks to special processing, one can see the mineral colors on the surface of the Moon, a rainbow halo, and thin rays. This inspires people from all over the world. In Kyiv, where light pollution is a problem, Ildar decided to photograph the sky. Light pollution quietly destroys the opportunity to gaze at the stars. However, Ildar continues to feel a connection with nature and enjoys the sky. In Ukraine, there is a community of astronomy enthusiasts who share their photos and experiences on social media and forums. Looking at the sky is not just entertainment but also an opportunity to immerse oneself in meditation and find peace in cosmic frames. Sometimes it is worth pausing activities and stopping to discover the beauty of the surrounding cosmos.
