For the preparation, you will need:
- young zucchini - 2 pcs. (350–400 g);
- pork shoulder - 600 g;
- onion - 1 large;
- garlic - 3–4 cloves;
- greens (parsley, dill) - to your taste;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp.;
- salt - 8 g;
- black ground pepper - 2 g;
- oil - for frying;
- broth or water - for stewing;
- bay leaf, allspice - for aroma.
Cooking Method
Grate the zucchini, lightly salt them, let sit for a few minutes, and drain the excess juice. Grind the pork shoulder with the onion and garlic in a meat grinder or blender.
