Horrific accident in Tanzania: 38 people dead
A terrible accident occurred in Tanzania, resulting in at least 38 people dead after a head-on collision between two buses, while another 28 were injured. According to information from 'Glavcom' citing Xinhua agency, the accident happened near the city of Moshi in the evening of June 28. One of the buses suffered a tire blowout, leading to a loss of control and a head-on collision with another vehicle. Both buses caught fire.
“One bus was carrying people heading to a wedding ceremony. The other, a long-distance bus, was traveling from Moshi to Tanga.”
Of the injured, 22 individuals have already received necessary medical care and were discharged from the hospital, while six remain under medical supervision. Recently, there was also a plane crash in Tanzania when a passenger plane from Precision Air fell into Lake Victoria.
